How to run ipynb scripts in VS Code

Software Requirements

• Homebrew
  • Required for MacOS, optional for Linux
  • This is the package manager on MacOS to install programs/packages like Python
• Install and set up Conda Environment
  • Using the latest Python 3.11
  • Or, if you are running HBOT analysis, you would need Python 3.8
• Set up VS Code with the following extensions
