Iteration 1:

Rails and Battery Box

• Some dimensions may change in both the battery box and rails due to relocation of boards
• Slots for boards in vertical rails are rounded and the boards do not fit in the slots. The CAD model has the thickness of these slots marked as 1.6mm. For next iteration this should be increased to 2.0mm
• Slots where batter box fits into the vertical rails is too small. Increase slot size for better fit.

Boards

• There will undoubtedly be some tolerance errors in the location of the screw holes. Increase the size of the holes in the boards for some clearance.
• Look at current windform model with boards on with those working on boards to make sure nothing is being blocked on the surfaces of the boards.
