📍 Chirawa Digital Unit: Mul Biotech Digital Farm Solutions

Mul Biotech Digital Farm Solutions (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-21-0081639) is a strategic Research, Development, and Demonstration asset spanning approximately 8 acres in Chirawa, Rajasthan.

Owned collaboratively by Manali Roy Badgujar, Kamal Badgujar (Land Owner), and Soumodip Atanu Roy, the site is slated to become the primary field deployment and validation ground for the IRBAS™ Live Framework.

🚀 Project Overview & Status

  • Project Name: IRBAS™ Live Framework Research & Demonstration Farm
  • Asset Classification: Strategic Agricultural Asset & Technology Testbed
  • Project Status: Planned
  • Planned Commencement: January 1, 2027
  • Core Purpose: To establish a long-term research, testing, validation, demonstration, and technology deployment site for digital agriculture, climate intelligence, biotechnology, and regenerative farming solutions.

📈 Phased Implementation Plan

The development of the Chirawa Unit is structured into three distinct technological and biological phases:

  • Phase I (Biological Anchoring): Development of the outer boundary using selected high-value tree species. This phase focuses on creating long-term biological assets, improving local biodiversity, enhancing carbon sequestration, establishing natural windbreaks, and stabilizing the site's microclimate.
  • Phase II (IRBAS™ Deployment): Field deployment of the IRBAS™ Live Framework across the 8-acre farm. This includes precision agriculture, regenerative soil biology enhancement, aquaculture integration, and advanced water management systems.
  • Phase III (Digital Infrastructure): Installation and validation of the technological backbone. This includes the Mul Krishi Climate Monitoring System, robust IoT sensor networks, weather stations, soil/water monitoring, GIS mapping, AI analytics, dMRV platforms, and full-scale farm automation technologies.

💻 Technology & Product Validation

The Chirawa facility will serve as a "Living Laboratory" and innovation hub to validate and commercialize the following proprietary technologies:

  • Core Frameworks: IRBAS™ Framework integrating GIS, Remote Sensing, IoT, AI, Environmental Intelligence, and Digital MRV (dMRV).
  • Key Hardware/Software: Mul Krishi Climate Monitoring System, Environmental Sensor Networks, Digital Agriculture Dashboards, and Farm Automation Solutions.
  • Research Activities: Continuous field trials, sensor calibration, biological research, carbon farming studies, and precision agriculture data collection.

🎯 Strategic Objectives & Expected Outcomes

By serving as a permanent technology testing ground, the Chirawa Digital Unit will bridge the gap between software development and field reality.

The site will support the commercialization of digital products, generate expansive environmental datasets, and provide a state-of-the-art demonstration facility for farmers, government agencies, research institutions, investors, and commercial partners. All software architecture, firmware, IoT designs, and AI models developed and tested here will remain the proprietary Intellectual Property (IP) of the IRBAS™ Framework.
