Changes

• Clarify README and commit libSPDY.a.
• Add make targets to run the tests with both the 4.3 and 5.0 SDK.
• Return many less not-spdy errors.
• Add an implementation of NSURLProtocol so spdy can be used with NSURLConnection.
  • Call [[SPDY sharedSPDY] registerForNSURLConnection] to enable SPDY.
