Soot command-line options and JavaDoc

You can obtain the Soot command-line options and JavaDoc for either one of our managed releases or for the latest snapshot build of the develop branch.

Note: When integrating Soot with Maven, Maven is also able to obtain the correct JavaDoc for the used version.
