1930 – Lawyers, Sullivan and Cromwell was headed by John Foster Dulles. Allen Dulles, future head of the CIA, was a partner. 1932 – Vito Genovese was 16 years old when he first came to the lower east side from Naples in 1913. He was friends with Lucky Luciano. Later they ran brothels and sold heroin.
