Introduction

This repository is about the 5GTANGO system level testing regime. The 5GTANGO project is developing and integrating three platforms (i) SONATA SP (a NFV MANO solution on steroids); (ii) 5GTANGO Validation and Verification Platform (VnV) and (iii) 5GTANGO Service Development Kit (SDK). In order to be able to validate the performant integration and compatibity with various deployment scenarios we describe and implement particular test cases under different infrasructure setups. This repository serves the purpose of presenting the tools and methodology for preparing the infrastructure, defining the test cases and executing them.

SONATA SP

The SONATA SP tests are available here. For now the two tests that are available, do not use Robot framework.

VnV

For the VnV the implemented test descriptors are available here, the media pilot is used for the implementation of the test.

SDK

• One Openstack based NFVI-PoP
• One K8s based NFVI-PoP
• Two or more Openstack based NFVI-PoP w/ or w/o WIM
• Two or more K8s based NFVI-PoP w/ or w/o WIM
• Mix of Openstack/K8s NFVI -PoP w/ or w/o WIM
