Allows to configure paths and which tests to run:

• TEST_NAMES
  Names of tests to run (as cmd files in this folder)
• EXTENSION_PAIRS
  These pairs (separated by colon) define the outputs to generate:
  • 1st part: output file extension
  • 2nd part: output format

runall.cmd
