Supervision

Ongoing for 6 months
Students will be supervised by TWO (2) supervisors:
1. Company’s Supervisor (Organization)
2. Lecturer as UUM’s supervisor (SOC-CAS) AND Visiting Lecturer (SOC-CAS)

What supervisors have to do?

Guide students throughout practicum
First two (2) weeks:
- Make sure students are safely registered @ the organization
- Make sure they submit report duty form to PPA
- Suitability of the project
- Proposal approval
5 months in between:
- Continuous supervision/monitoring
- Monitoring current location of the students
6^th month:
- Visiting time by visiting Lecturer (project presentation)
- Report draft submission
- Final report submission
- Receive PRAK01 Form from organization
After practicum ended:
- Collect presentation marks from visiting lecturer (PRAK02)
- Final report assessment
- Online logbook declaration form (PRAK05) & attendance
Grade transmission:
- Grade moderation is A MUST
- PRAK04 Grade Moderation Form
- A copy of result, PRAK01 and PRAK02
