Operational Flow:

  1. Control Unit Init (creates wireless network)
  2. Control Unit discovers headsets
  3. Headset begins sending a heartbeat signal (contains gps/ninedof info)
  4. Players select a simulation on the CCU (Central Control Unit)
  5. The simulation explains rules and hazards
  6. The CCU sends image/sound information to the headset. (this info will have a common index between headset and CCU)
  7. Simulation Logic begins (wireless data sent from ccu to headset)
  8. Simulation Logic Ends
  9. New Simulation selected.
  • Send HUD information
  • The CCU configures the Headset to send specific location/orientation information. That way we don't send too much information....
