In AegisGuard, land is valuable. It is not just claimed; it is maintained.

To keep the world clean, you must pay Upkeep on your land.

• Money is automatically taken from your Vault balance.
• If you fail to pay: Your plot enters a "Grace Period."
• If the Grace Period ends: Your plot is seized and sent to the Auction House.

Abandoned plots are not deleted—they are sold!

1. Open the menu with /ag auction.
2. Browse expired plots.
3. Right-Click to place a bid.
4. If you win, the land (and everything built on it) becomes yours.

Want to sell your base?

1. Stand in your plot.
2. Type /ag sell <price>.
3. Other players can buy it instantly via the /ag market menu.
