📥 Installation Guide

AegisGuard is designed for a drop-in installation. Whether you run a single Survival server or a high-performance Folia network, the process is simple.

📋 Prerequisites

Before installing, ensure your realm meets these requirements.

Requirement Details
Java Version Java 17 or newer (Required for MC 1.18+).
Server Software Spigot, Paper, Purpur, Pufferfish, or Folia.
Minecraft Version 1.16.5 — 1.20.4+

⚠️ Note: Legacy versions (1.8 - 1.12) are not supported due to outdated API limitations.

🚀 Step-by-Step Setup

1. Download the Artifact

Get the latest stable release from our official sources.

2. Install the Plugin

  1. Stop your server completely (stop command).
  2. Drag the AegisGuard.jar file into your server's /plugins folder.

Run the command /ag in-game. If the GUI opens, you are ready!
