Time Management Tool (Next Cloud)

For time management and assigning tasks outside of tickets, we've gone ahead with Nextcloud.

We chose Nextcloud because it supports both tasks and a calendar view. While some apps only offer one or the other (either a calendar or task management), Nextcloud provides both in a single solution. It is also open source.

This makes it easy to see when we're each available and when we're unable to work on OE2.
