The ticket

More information and details about the ticket are found after clicking inside of the ticket.

Taking the ticket

In the top right corner of the screen, a dropdown called "actions" is found. Hovering over it reveals some options. This is where you take the ticket, changing the owner from no-one to yourself.

Referencing a ticket

An important task is referencing a ticket, especially in the situation where a documentation sub-ticket needs to link back to the main parent ticket.

Begin typing into the box based on your needs. Start with #, or simply type the ticket number you want to link to.
The full title of the ticket isn't necessary, only the id of the ticket. So, if you select the ticket as it comes up while typing and it doesn't auto-fill the box, don't worry.
