The following entries are available from the drop-down Finding Aid Status and should be used consistently whenever one of these statuses applies:

• Legacy Finding Aid (Updated) Use this when you have updated a legacy finding aid and published the result.
• Minimum Finding Aid (Completed) Use this when you have created a minimum resource record in the form of a finding aid and published the result.
• Enhanced Finding Aid (Completed) Use this when you have created an enhanced resource record in the form of a finding aid and published the result.
