See DACS 6.2
Use the following basic text for Existence and Location of Copies notes for cases where material from a collection has been digitized and may be used by researchers, but is not be available online. Put the note at relevant aggregate level and at collection level. Include this note at the archival object level only when the digital content is available for use but not online.
Be sure to include the "[email protected]" portion as a mailto link.

All material in a series available, but not online
The corresponding note at the collection level would be the same except would say "Select material in this collection" rather than "Material in this series".
ArchivesSpace's 'View Digital Material' button has made it unnecessary to put notes about digitized material that is available, but such notes are not incorrect, and so may optionally be used
