How To Use the Protein Search Window

Here you can investigate the in silico digestion of select proteins of interest, one at a time.

You can look through the list of protein accessions or search for a specific protein of interest with the search bar.

When a protein is selected, a protein-specific digestion result summary is displayed. You can expand each category to display values for each proteolytic digest.

A sequence coverage map of the chosen protein is also displayed. To include peptides from various proteolytic digests on the map, simply select the protease(s) of interest, and click the "View Selected Proteases" button.

All protein-specific digestion results and sequence coverage maps can be exported by clicking the "Export Protein Digestion Results Button".
