How To Load Your Protein Database(s)

ProteaseGuru currently accepts UniProt formatted .XML and .Fasta databases. You can load protein databases in ProteaseGuru two different ways:

1. Click the "Add" button - this will open a file browser window where you can navigate to your database(s), and select them for loading.
2. Drag and Drop - You can drag and drop database(s) from your file explorer into the database window.

To remove all databases that are loaded, hit the clear button.
