Cancel booking

By default any form which contains a Booking can be cancelled

The cancelled flow is 3 pages. Current these are not allowed to be customised.

1. Cancelled details page (shows information about the appointment being cancelled)
2. Cannot be cancelled (Is displated to the user, if the appointment cannot be cancelled)
3. Cancelled success
