SLiMSuite Help and Documentation

Documentation for SLiMSuite is currently rather fragmented as a legacy of its development history. The most up-to-date documentation for command line options and default settings etc. can be found in the module docstrings. These can be accessed by opening the *.py files in GitHub, running the code with -h, -help or help, or by accessing the REST Server docs pages. In the case of conflicting information, please check the version numbers.

To access documentation via the rest servers, just add the module/tool name to the end of the REST URL:

http://rest.slimsuite.unsw.edu.au/slimsuite

More detailed documentation is available through the SLiMSuite Manuals. These are probably a bit out-dated and missing the latest options, but much of the input/output information is still valid. Additional documentation can also be found at the SLiMSuite Blog.

The current plan is for this Wiki to be the home of updated documentation, via the Tools page. Ultimately, it will hopefully migrate to Read the Docs.
