Welcome to the ccnl-fmri wiki!

The following toolboxes must be downloaded and added to the Matlab path (including all subfolders):

• SPM12
• bspmview

The fMRI analysis pipeline consists of the following modular steps:

1. Create structure containing info about your experiment.

2. Run preprocessing.

3. Preprocessing quality control (head motion and coregistration).

4. Fit general linear model.

5. Construct contrasts and perform group-level analysis.

6. Visualize results.
