Project Objectives

  • Prepare a Microsoft Fabric workspace with required services, including Lakehouse, Eventhouse, and Ontology (preview).

  • Build a business-centric ontology by defining core entity types such as Store, Products, SaleEvent, and Freezer.

  • ind static data from OneLake tables and time-series data from Eventhouse to ontology entities.

  • Create meaningful relationships between entities to represent real business processes (for example, Store has SaleEvent and Store operates Freezer).

  • Explore and validate the ontology using entity instances, relationship graphs, and query builder filters.

  • Enable natural language querying by integrating the ontology with a Fabric Data Agent (preview).
