###Objective
Multiplcations are applied to all time and all grids of a CAMx avrg file. In such cases as applied a capacity factor to annual-mean avrg file.
Usage
multavrg FILE mult
mult is the multiplier, in free(*) format.
Result files
multavrg
will generate only one file, which name is FILEmult, also in CAMx(UAM)format.

Parallelization
The current version of [multavrg.f] (https://github.com/sinotec2/CAMx_utility/blob/master/multavrg.f) has been edited in parallelized formulation.
Note
####mult input format
Since the "mult" will be part of resultant file name, the input format must be carefully treated.
