What it does

Binding a set of bows and feathers to an Iron Band using the awesome power of Dark Matter creates a ring that will send single target seeking arrows (right click) or a whole bundle (left click) at your foes. This consumes EMC that can be pulled from a Klein Star or using items in your inventory.
