If you have any problems with Booster, please gather the following diagnostics to aid debugging:

  • connect to the VCP (USB) diagnostic interface
  • run the logstash command and save its output
  • check the status of the I2C bus on the misbehaving channel using the i2cdetect <channel> where <channel> is the misbehaving channel
  • run the VCP i2cerr command
  • record the channel status with the status <channel> command
  • record the device status using the start command. This logs continuously, so once it's printed status data you need to disable it with the stop command
