• If you want to apply constant force on a body click on the Force vector icon in the visualization toolbar. Then you can apply any Force vector on the body by dragging the mouse from the point of application on the body (tail of F) to the head of F where the mouse ends it. See the gif to get it right.

• If you need to apply variable force then it can be done by right clicking on body node in simulation tree panel, or on body itself to show pop up menu, then select apply force at a point in menu

It will open the force editor/controller where we can set the force as a function of x, y, t, Vx, Vy etc.

Set the value of force (it can be a number or expression) and point it at the body in local coordinates (where (0,0) corresponds to Center of mass) and then click apply to add force to the simulation.
