SKA humanise

The humanise subcommand prints split kmers to a file in a human readable format.

Usage

ska humanise [options]

Options:
-h		Print this help.
-i <file>	Input split kmer file.
-o <file>	Output prefix. [Default = humanised_kmers]
-t		Print tabulated output.
