- Browsers Used: note browser brand (i.e. Chrome / Firefox / Safari ), version, and on which operating system / device it was identified on. Be sure to note if you have any browser plugins installed, these may affect the site experience, be sure to disable all plugins and test without plugins

- Legacy vs Modern browser, note if the browsers used are current version or one version prior. Anything two versions back is considered a legacy browser. Legacy browsers may not be supported and bugs logged against legacy browsers are typically prioritized lower than those for modern browsers. (even google only supports current and prior versions of web browsers on a rolling basis.
- If you feel that this is not browser specific, you should confirm so by testing on various browsers to confirm your assumption. Note which browsers you've tested on to come to that conclusion.
- It will likely be extremely valuable to record the steps taken. Users on Windows 7/8 can use the built in Problem Step Recorder which will do it very nicely, TechSmith Jing is also very useful and is free.
