來試一下 MfgTool
先從官網下載 L3.14.52_1.1.0_ga-mfg-tools.tar.gz... 快 500MB
4.2.2 Using MfgTool
Follow these instructions to use the MfgTool V2:
- Connect a USB cable from a computer to the USB OTG port on the board.
- Connect a USB cable from the OTG-to-UART port to the computer for console output.
這裡的 the OTG-to-UART port 指的其實是 i.MX6UL EVK board 上的 Debug USB
接上電腦(window10)後會多出一個 COMX port, 我都使用 Tera Term - 115200baud 來看 debug information
這邊的 USB OTG port 是板子上的 USB OTG(USB OTG1)
記得 i.MX 6UltraLite EVK DIP switch(SW602) 要切換成 Serial Downloader 模式
不然 MfgTool 會找不到 device
切成 Serial Downloader 後 MfgTool 的畫面如下
我們之後自己的板子 USB OTG1 的接頭會改成一般的 USB 母頭
所以會少一根 ID pin
目前 morris 的作法是將該 pin 拉出來利用點組來控制 pull high 或 pull low
目前的推論是不會影響到 MfgTool 的使用
因為切換成 Serial Downloader 模式時, i.MX 6UltraLite 上沒有 Linux 也沒有 U-Boot 的存在
此時 PC 上的 MfgTool 就能認出 Device 了
所以 i.MX 6UltraLite 內部肯定有甚麼 driver 在運作
到時候等我們自己的板子回來之後一試便知道了
最糟就 ID pin 上的 pull high 或 pull low 切換一下
