Please just fill in your items.

  1. For 2015 2nd-half, I'm not sure if all of you replied me. Anyway, please review your data and send me the latest update for 2nd-half review.
    And, please fill into the form: KPI-SW-Personal-2015-H2.xls.
    You may refer KPI_SW_2015H2.xls.
  2. For 2016, I'v listed the major items. It's for your reference.

Dear Shelli, Ariel and John,
Since you joined after Sep, you are not in the scope of performance review and KPI review of 2015. You can ignore this.
But, you still need to think and plan your 2016's KPI.

Attached the template of KPI sheet for 2015 H2.
Please fill in your data by 8/6 (next Thursday noon).
And, follow the following criteria:

  1. Don't change the format. Just fill in your data.
  2. At most, you can create 10 main tasks, and you can have at most 5 sub indices for each main task.
  3. If you have more than 10 tasks, try to merge the trivial items.
  4. Define the sub weight of each index and weight of each main task by yourself.
    The sum of all sub-weight of one main task should be 100%. And, of course, the sum of all weight should be 100%.

Let me know if there's anything wrong in the table.
