Please check the "Known Issues" page before reporting an issue with a puzzle. Your concern may already be addressed there.

When reporting an issue with a puzzle, please go to the "Issues" tab and provide the following information:

• The seed and difficulty
• The location of the puzzle; for example, "Treehouse, green bridge, 5th puzzle"
• (Optional) If possible, link to a screenshot of the puzzle

I will try my best to fix any puzzle issues whenever I am available to work on this project. I tested the puzzles extensively, so hopefully there won't be any issues with unsolvable puzzles.

If the randomizer does not work at all on your machine despite following the instructions in the README, your version of The Witness may be out of date. Make sure you are playing on the most recent version.
