• • Talk to Jan and Jens in terms of hosting (seperate server for merchant frontend?)
• • Soner sends shopware requirements for the portal via email

Checkout Meeting

Background

It was discussed earlier, to disable the Shopware checkout and use custom logic instead, e.g. sending mails etc. This, however, makes it hard to integrate other shippings or the voucher extension

Result

Shopware Checkout will be used for the buyer portal

• Only products from the same merchant can be added to the cart
• if a second merchant's products or vouchers are added to a cart with an existing product from another merchant, an exception / warning is given

Processing the checkout

Products

If products / services are in the cart, the only allowed payment is "cash on delivery" (can be defined with RuleBuilder)

Shippings are all available shippings for the current saleschannel, e.g. "Student shipping" or "Flaschenpost"

Vouchers

• Vouchers cannot be mixed with products
• Only vouchers for ONE merchant can be purchased
• Vouchers can only be payed via PayPal

Merchant Portal

A merchant can define, with which of the available shippings he wants to cooperate.

All shippings we currently now of

• Delivery Boy/Girl (Maike)
• "I take care of it by myself"
• Local cooperations (...)

Follow ups

• Josch will talk to the voucher team
• Maike will talk to the merchant team (Buyers will use Checkout, Default shippings will be used)

Fourth Meeting

• Login like customer login -> merchant login coming
• We need to discuss how we continue with products and pictures
• Registration of merchants is by pascal
• Talk to Soner in terms of sw6 hosting
• Navigation bar or not will be decided by designers
• Clarity-Design has been changed to shopware styles -> Arnold starts to implement it
