The upper section of the analysis pane allows the user to specify the input .ETA files and the output directory for the results.

Subject .ETAs

In this section, one specifies the .ETA files on which the chosen analysis should be run. Notice that only .ETA files can be loaded. To convert .EDF file(s) to .ETA file(s), please consult the Multiple Data Files Per Subject Packaging Pane or Single Data File Per Subject Packaging Pane.

  • To add a file or files to the panel, press the folder icon to the left of the panel. Multiple files can be added at once. image
  • To remove a file from the list, select the file or files you wish to remove and press on the red X icon to the left of the panel. Multiple files can be selected by holding the shift or ctrl buttons while clicking on the files. image

Analysis output folder

Through this control, you should specify the directory unto which all analysis outputs will be saved. To choose a folder, press the 'Browse' button. The full path of the selected output folder will appear inside the box to the left of the button. In case the folder already includes output from a previous analysis, you will be prompted to agree to override the previous results or to cancel and choose a different folder. image

When two or more .ETA files are loaded, the 'Create Individual Analysis Structs' tickbox becomes visible. Clicking on it will generate a MATLAB analysis struct from each individual .ETA file instead of aggregating their results into a single one.
