Add or Edit Users for Administrative Roles - shlake/dmptool2 GitHub Wiki

Choose Institutional Profile from My Dashboard.
Select Assign Roles tab.

To learn more on the specific roles see the page DMPTool administrator roles.

Add new users

Note: Before assigning roles, the user must have a DMPTool account.

1. Type the user name or e-mail.
2. Choose the user in the drop-down list.
3. Check the role(s) to assign.
4. Click Grant Role.

Edit existing user roles

1. Click the notepad icon under "Edit User Role".
2. Click to add a "check" to grant a role, or click to remove a check to remove a role.
3. Click Save Changes.
