Disturbed Hollows will naturally spawn underground, and act like zombies. They will drop Soulless Flesh, which can be shapelessly crafted into rotten flesh.

Undead Knight
Undead Knights will spawn in Runestone Dungeons, and will attempt to stop the player from facing the boss.
They drop nothing when killed.

Aurorian Slime
Aurorian Slimes will spawn in Runestone Dungeons, and will attempt to stop the player from facing the boss.
They drop Aurorian Slimeballs when killed.

Spiderling
Spiderlings will spawn naturally in Darkstone Dungeons, and will attempt to stop the player from facing the boss.
They drop nothing when killed.

Crystalline Sprite
Crystalline Sprites will spawn naturally in Moon Temples, and will attempt to stop the player from facing the boss.
They drop Crystals when killed.

Moon Acolyte
Moon Acolytes will spawn naturally in Moon Temples, and will attempt to stop the player from facing the boss.
They drop Soulless Flesh when killed.

Bosses
Runestone Dungeon Keeper
The Runestone Dungeon Keeper guards the Runestone Dungeons, and will attack the player by firing arrows.
Once it's health gets low, it will do a rapid-fire attack, almost certainly killing anyone who isn't prepared.
Drops his trophy, a Runestone Loot Key, and a Dungeon Keeper Amulet on death.

Spider Mother
The Spider Mother guards the Darkstone Dungeon
The Spider Mother will often summon Spiderlings and retreat to the ceiling, rendering the fight a slight annoyance.
Drops her trophy and a Dark Amulet on death.

Moon Queen
The Moon Queen guards the Moon Temple
She fights much like a gladiator or warrior would, charging at the player and blocking their attacks. She deals high amounts of damage, and even with Aurorian Steel armor it's possible to get killed.
Drops her trophy on death, as well as a chest with loot in it.
