When creating a tech support ticket with Juniper its best to create RSI (Request Support Information) output and save to temp directory. You can use WinSCP or FTP to get the information from the firewall.

root@SRX> request support information | save /var/tmp/rsi_180920

A message will display once the file is written.

Wrote 17350 lines of output to '/var/tmp/rsi_June30'"request support information" (RSI) output
