This subcommand has multiple subcommands:
- tourpings host add - Adds a role whose pings other servers can subscribe to
- tourpings host editrole - For the given tour, changes the role whose pings get relayed to subs
- tourpings host remove - Removes the ping relay for a tour and unsubscribes relevant servers
