Description

Summary: Starts a game of higher-lower.

All games have a set time limit, ranging from 1-10 minutes, and only the current gen is used. One game per channel is allowed to be running at a time. This is a standard command and not influenced by the "fun" settings.

Also known as "over-under," the goal of the game is to guess whether the Pokemon's stat is higher or lower than the provided value. Users guess by reacting to the post.
