/config templocks channel <channel> <duration> <units>

Example:

/config templocks channel channel:123456 duration:3 units:hours

• Chatot: Manage Roles ("Manage Permissions" in Channel settings), View Channel
• Users: Ban Members

Summary: Setups up a channel users can be temporarily removed from for tours.

This command sets up a channel users can be temporarily removed from, typically for blocking them from seeing game discussions while playing in tours. Running this command allows staff to specify the channel and how long users are to be removed. This feature works by adding a user-specific override to a channel to ensure they cannot see it, regardless of their roles (exception: those with Administrator permissions are immune). Only 1 channel is allowed per server. Running this command multiple times will overwrite any existing settings, but not modify any existing lockouts.

To remove a user or update their lockout time, see /templock.
