Summary: Enables automatic posting of replays for linked PS games.

Running this command presents the user with a multiselect menu, where they can select channels or channel categories that Chatot will monitor for linked PS games. Selecting a channel category will apply this function to all channels within it, even those that are added later. Once at least one change is made to the items selected in the dropdown, clicking outside of the dropdown will submit your choices. Upon submission, your choices will overwrite the saved configuration for the server.

At the moment, only smogtours games are supported. When a game is posted, Chatot will reply to the message with something like PlayerA vs. PlayerB | format | Replay. For the reply functions to work, Chatot needs the View Channel and Send Messages (in Threads) permissions in whichever channels you chose (it can't see or send a message in a channel it doesn't have access to).
