Summary: Dumps server security info for official servers.

Running this command will attach a CSV containing server-setup info for official servers. Optionally providing a name (id) will only query that server, subject to Chatot being within it and it being marked as 'official.' Returned info includes server owner, logging status, verification requirements, and Chatot's ability to ban users.

Notes on the fields:

• Last Message Sent is based on the message cache. Running this command just after a restart would mean the cache is likely empty. Further, Chatot can only check for messages in channels it can see, so it may not be indicative of server activity.
• Chatot's Highest Role Position is the position of Chatot's highest role within the Server Settings > Roles menu (this is not necessarily the "Chatot" role). 1 = displayed at the top of the list.
• Chatot is excluded from all member counts in the member count and sections pertaining to bans; the theoretical minimum for unbannable users in any given server is 1 (the owner).
• Info regarding AutoMod requires the Manage Server permission, which is not in Chatot's requested list when it is added. Info regarding whether AutoMod is setup will be limited.
