No rating appears anywhere / 所有页面都没有评分

1. At chrome://extensions, confirm DouRate is enabled and shows the expected version.

2. After using Update, refresh the streaming tab once. An old injected script cannot continue after an extension update.

3. Check that the page is Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+ and that it is a recognised title page or browse card.

4. Open the popup and inspect the Douban query status. If it shows a verification/rate-limit pause, wait for it to expire; cached results can still appear.

5. 在 chrome://extensions 确认 DouRate 已启用且版本正确。

6. 点击“更新”后，刷新一次流媒体页面。旧的已注入脚本无法在扩展更新后继续工作。

7. 确认页面属于 Netflix、Prime Video 或 Disney+，且为已识别的详情页或浏览卡片。

8. 打开插件弹窗查看“豆瓣查询状态”。若显示验证／限流暂停，请等待结束；已缓存结果仍可能显示。

IMDb does not appear / IMDb 未显示

• In the popup, check whether IMDb local data has been downloaded. Download it manually if needed, then refresh the streaming page.

• A score can remain unavailable if the title has no reliable IMDb ID or the dataset has no rating for it.

• Use Update IMDb data only when you choose to refresh the local dataset; it never updates automatically.

• 在弹窗确认 IMDb 本地数据是否已下载；如未下载，请手动下载后刷新页面。

• 若作品没有可靠 IMDb ID，或数据集没有其评分，IMDb 仍可能不可用。

• 只有在你希望更新本机数据时才使用“更新 IMDb 数据”；它不会自动更新。

Some browse cards show ? / 部分浏览卡片显示 ?

This is expected for some same-title works because cards can omit a year and media type. DouRate does not guess. On Netflix, opening the matching detail page can seed a reliable result for the same catalog ID.

这在同名作品中可能是正常现象，因为卡片可能省略年份和影视类型。DouRate 不会猜测。对 Netflix，可打开匹配的详情页以为同一条目 ID 写入可靠结果。

A platform page changed / 平台页面改版后失效

Platform markup changes regularly. Capture the URL, platform, region, screenshot, the visible title, and the extension version; report it through GitHub Issues. Do not include credentials, cookies, or personal billing data.

流媒体页面结构会经常变化。请记录 URL、平台、地区、截图、可见片名和插件版本，再通过 GitHub Issues 反馈；不要包含账号凭据、Cookie 或个人账单资料。
