Communication Policies

• All team members will reply to questions asked in Slack within 24 hours of the original posting.
• Every team member needs to acknowledge questions posted in Slack in order to confirm all team members have viewed the post.
• Notifications sent using @channel should be used when the subject is critical and/or a deadline is approaching.
