Witches can spawn more often.

Description

• Can spawn in group of 2, not just alone.
• Spawn 1.6x more frequently than before, which is still a bit rarer than Endermen.

The configuration of the Witch can be found in .minecraft/config/sihywtcamd/illagers.json.

• fleeGoal: [true|false] to enable/disable witches flee goal
• moreSpawn: [true|false] to enable/disable witches increased spawn
