🏛️​​​ Spawn in Mansions

Illusioners can spawn in Mansions.

Description

• When trying to spawn an Evoker in a Mansion, an Illusioner has 40% chance to spawn.
• If an Illusioner is spawned, it has 80% chance to replace the Evoker.
  So, it has 20% chance to spawn with the Evoker.

The configuration of the Illusioner can be found in .minecraft/config/sihywtcamd/illagers.json.
