Weekly Update: 3/8/17

Amber's Progress:

• Installed Raspbian Stretch and OpenCV onto the RPi.
• Got LCD TouchScreen working on Rpi.
• Flashed img to give copy to LeRoy.

Marcus's Progress:

• Uploaded and ran HDR Algorithm on the Rpi.

Leroy's Progress:

• Got fixed aspect ratio on display.
• Used gstreamer to overlay webcam/real time video on viewfinder.
