The idea is that a separate person, either real or imaginary, referred to as the Guardian Angel, is sending instructions to the subject, and monitoring whether or not the instructions are being carried out.

If the Guardian Angel is a real person, they may set up the account or get the subject to set it up on their behalf. The Guardian Angel may be a wife or husband or other partner, a friend, a dominant Mistress or Master, or any other individual who wishes to provide guidance and monitor adherence to that guidance.

The user can choose who they want to be sending them reminders and alerts, and this can be a real or imaginary person. So for example, if a submissive man has a Mistress who wants to monitor and control him constantly, she could set up the account to send him reminders to do ensure he does the things he is supposed to do. He must report whether he has carried out Her instructions and she will receive a report every day to say which instructions he has carried out and which he hasn't.

A weekly report will also be send to the guardian angel (the Mistress) to summarise what has been carried out and what hasn't. Each successfully carried out instruction will earn success points, and each failed instruction earns failure points. The Guardian Angel would ask for evidence for some or all of the successfully carried out instructions, to confirm that the submissive is telling the truth.

The failure points may be converted into some form of punishment or retribution, and similarly the success points may convert into some form of reward.
