A template of the sample submission form "Queue_export_sample.xlsx" is located in the folder sample_files/. It has two tabs. One is "SAMPLE" which is used to list all samples in a sequence run, and the other is "Lane" which records the pool information.

To submit a sample submission form, go to tab "Sequencing Reports". Click the "Upload" button on the right side-bar. Fill the line numbers and upload the form. Then you are taken to the sequence run view page. At this moment, the sequence run information is stored in PEGR but has not been sent to the analysis pipeline. Now you can review the sequence run information. Once you have verified all the information is correct, you can hit the "Submit" button. The sequence run is then queued to be sent to the analysis pipeline for processing.
