Re assign a cohort to another project - seqcode/pegr GitHub Wiki
Suppose a cohort originally belongs to project A and you want to re-assign the cohort to project B instead.
-
From the "Sequencing Runs" page, find the sequence run that includes the cohort. Go to the sequence run's page by clicking the "Run ID".
-
If the sequence run's status is "COMPLETED", "FAILED" or "ARCHIVE", switch it to one of the editable status, e.g. "PREP", "QUEUE" or "ANALYZING".
-
Check the "Projects" section and see if project B has been included. If not, click the "Add" button to include project B.
-
In the "Samples" section, find the samples in the cohort and change their project to project B by clicking the current value in the "Project" column. A selection box will pop up. Select project B and click the "Save" button.
-
Once all affected samples have been moved to project B, you can remove or delete project A in the "Projects" section. If you choose to remove the project, click the "X" symbol and the cohort for project A will be deleted. If you choose to delete the project, click the trash can symbol and not only the cohort for project A will be deleted, project A itself will also be deleted.
