Review action items from previous meeting
- Michael and Marc to submit issue related to Tag, hasTag, containedText, and uniqueText.
- Rebecca to finalize a set of proposals for local names and notify group. Group to comment. Aim is to finalize before next meeting. _This issue will not be discussed at future meetings. _Status: spreadsheet input complete, PR #535 submitted for review.
- Deferred Peter to create issue or add to next meeting's discussion points on developing a gist design pattern primer.
- Deferred Dan will schedule a meeting to get Ted Hills involved in Geo discussion, potentially targeting version an upcoming major release.
Discussion topics
- Status of release:
  - Two additional issues:
    - #538 - puzzling Protégé issue
    - #539 - minor release notes update pending merge of PR #535.
    - New issue: Add spreadsheet to docs enumerating local name changes - RY - once PR is final. Create new issue.
    - Migration scripts (but should not hold up release)
      - Make simple changes - e.g., local name updates
      - For more complex changes - issue a warning to the effect that the ontology has changed.
      - Boris will make updates to onto_tool to wrap the migrations
    - Style guide changes: postpone, only relevant to gist contributors
- Datetime issues - continued from Aug 5. Resolved to implement in next major release post-10.0.0.
